Annotation

In article on the basis of the multidimensional experiments conducted in the real technological conditions made sanitation and biochemical quality assessment of whole milk and its effect on the total number of products.

It is established that in the washings from the research of the nipples treated with emulsion, on the 30 day experience, there were 3642±111 microorganisms in 1 ml of flushing in the control swabs – 1712±84 microbial bodies. so, emulsion promotes microbial contamination of the teat skin by the microflora of the environment.

It is not revealed also differences between groups of animals and on such indicators as blood glucose, and plasma creatine. In plasma the difference was not found in contents of urea, cholesterol and bilirubin.

The contents of calcium and phosphorus in blood plasma corresponded to the physiological norm and did not change.

Studies of detergent-disinfectants and blood biochemical parameters allows to make a detailed assessment of sanitary conditions of the technological process, condition of the animal and gives you the opportunity to determine their optimal concentrations, but this line of research requires a comprehensive, long-term research and production testing on several farms, taking into account different conditions and ways of detention. Therefore limited to generalized conclusions.
