Found that with constant mode of the day in cows increases the rate of milking and the completeness of milk output, respectively, 17.5% and 5.24% compared to the variable mode. Submitted that it is inappropriate to break the daily routine that leads to loss of milk yield by more than 50%. For the holding of investigations of qualitative composition of milk of cows of the Ukrainian black-motley dairy breed in terms of economy and family of origin in terms of the content in milk of fat, protein, casein, lactose and somatic cell count is characterized by the difference in qualitative composition of milk depending on the economy and the genealogical origin of the animals. On the main performance indicators had the advantage of lactating cows that were used for the constant unchanging routine, in which behavioral responses were within the usual sequence operations, then. As for AC mode are somewhat lower, and for somatic cells worse. Therefore, as a preventive measure to save energy reserve available to the cow at constant mode of the day leads to the increased formation of new portions of milk, which increases the economic efficiency of milk production due to feed, and optimization of physiological and biological body functions. On this basis, the influence of behavioral reactions to the acts of daily milk output depend on the mode and mechanism, which provides the course of lactation in line with seasonal rhythm that determines the persistence of lactation is influenced by reflex effects on the mammary gland and the degree of a conditioned reflex to milking. To provide further genetic potential necessitates the monitoring of breeding and genetic resources and adapt them as in selected commercial dairy herds and the breed in General. In recent years, the milk yield of cows of dairy breeds in breeding farms declined slightly, while the commodity went up. Therefore, adaptation of animals to conditions of constant technology and meet sanitaryhygienic indicators optimize conditions for obtaining high-quality milk.
