A complicated biological process is reproduction, all stages of which are regulated by the hormones of the neuroendocrine system. This process has two functional components, namely: sexually mature males and females and the presence of the necessary conditions for spawning. The final stage of ripeness of the sex glands of the fish is V (free leakage into the environment of sexual products), which requires the necessary concentration of the gonadotropic hormone of the pituitary gland in the blood. Therefore, to accelerate the above process, it is advisable to use special preparations of natural origin – pituitary injections, which are obtained from the sexually active representatives of certain species.
The use of hypophyseal injections of bream when breeding carp in the region of the thoracic fin gives better results than the muscle of the back. Being in a continuous motion, the muscles of the thoracic fins accelerate the flow of blood, thereby spreading the dasg in the body of fish. At the same time, the working fertility increases and becomes at the level of 828,7±78,1 thousand units, while in the control group – 596,7±124,9 thousand units. The level of profitability in this case increases by 24%. Therefore, the use of pituitary injections in the early reproduction of carp is appropriate and has a perspective.
