Annotation

Thus, three times a day milking fresh cows in loose housing-box method content, in contrast to twice a day, had a more favourable impact on the level of milk production of experimental animals. At the same time, the content of fat in milk average daily milk yield of cows II and I of the experimental groups, no significant differences were established.

In the study of qualitative composition of the milk of experimental animals, in particular lactose, it was found that length of stay and frequency of milking fresh cows had no significant effect on lactose levels in milk of cows daily milk yield. Thus, the content of lactose for periods of research fluctuated in the range of 4.55 to 5.10 %, which is typical for this breed of milk animals.

In the study there was a trend of increase in the incidence of breast cancer subclinical form of mastitis depending on the increased length of stay in the maternity ward this is a consequence of violations of the usual herd of relationships that occur in animals, and, in this case, the transfer of cows from the maternity ward section of new-calved cows. Obtained evidence of the increase in the number of latent forms of mastitis in period, consistent with the results of studies to determine lactose content in milk.

And also found that the transfer of fresh cows in the main herd after 10, 15 and 20 days in the postnatal section of the maternity ward was accompanied by a decrease in average daily milk yield, respectively, at 1.5 kg (5,2%), 1.5 kg (5,0%) and 2.1 kg (7.2 per cent), while, after the transfer of fresh cows in the main herd for a period of stay in the postnatal section of the maternity ward up to 5 days increased average daily milk production of 1.3 kg, or 4.2%.
