Annotation
The article analyzes the structure of fodder honey crops of Ukraine grown in agricultural
lands. The expediency of using bean perennial grasses as an environmentally friendly honey plant
has been substantiated. Their honey productivity and durability in herbage compared to that of the
main field crops of Ukraine is shown. The periods of honey collection of bees from perennial
grasses in the year of sowing and subsequent years of vegetation of herbs were established,
provided they were cut for green fodder and when grown for seeds.
Species variety of legumes perennial grasses, used in modern fodder production, is
represented by alfalfa, cyprinata meadow, esparsetum sandy, white stork, lamb horned and goat
eater. The highest median productivity is characterized by espaces of sand – 120-400 kg/ha and
white currant – 200-300 kg/ha. Medoproductivity of alfalfa seedlings depends to a great extent on
varietal and weather characteristics and can vary in the range of 50-300 kg/ha. The Eastern
Kozlatnyk provides honey collection at the level of 150-200 kg/ha, and the cranberry raven – up to
100 kg/ha. The lowest grain yield is 60 kg per hectare.
At the same time, the slaughterhouse of sand and alfalfa crop grows in one place for 3-5
years, clover raccoon and white bark – 2 years, and bearded gooseberry and goat-eater – 8-10
years old. By medoproduktivnosti bean perennial grasses substantially dominate other cultivated
plants. According to this indicator, only facets are approaching them, and other species have a
medoproductivity of 2-3 times less than legumes perennial grasses.
It has been revealed that due to the large honey-bearing potential of leguminous perennial
grasses, which is 2-3 times higher than in typical agricultural honey-bearing plants - sunflower and
rapeseed and the cultivation of grasses using technologies that do not involve the use of pesticides,
their environmental performance will grow. and improve the quality and safety of such medical
products. Among the bean perennial grasses, a sandy and white clover is marked by the highest
honey loyalty.
Keywords: leguminous perennial grasses, honey plants, intensive agriculture
